Abstracts and full papers are invited from participants for presentations at Introduction on the following three sub - themes of the conference:
- 1.Climate Change
- 2.Disaster Risk Reduction and Sustainable Development.
- 3.Geospatial Technologies.
Abstract
All the research abstracts should be focused on conference sub themes:
Abstract Title: Title should be in 14 font size, your e-mail address, and Institutional affiliations have to be mentioned after the one space of the abstract title.
Abstract Body: Body must be in 12 font size, includes summarize of objectives, methods, and major findings of the research work. The abstract should be an original and not published elsewhere earlier. Authors should provide three to six key words in the bottom of the abstract in Italic style.
Word Limit: Should not be more than 300 words
Font: Times New Roman
Page setup: Top 1", Bottom 1", Right 1", Left 1.5"
Submission: The abstract should be submitted only by online mode (For further details visit www.ugit.net). Abstract without registration fees will not be printed in the abstract volume. Please submit the registration form along with your abstract.

Poster presentation
Poster presentations are welcome on the above three sub focal themes. A researcher who intends to present the posters has to intimate well-in-advance. Please use the registration form to submit your poster presentations. Details guide lines to prepare the poster presentations are available in the UGIT’s web page under the download section.

Young technologist paper presentation
Research articles along with abstracts are invited from young researchers who is the age below 35 and who wish to present and compete in Young Scientist / Technologist Award Session. All the research papers which are submitted under this category should be focused on conference sub themes. Papers on this category have to be in the original format and not publish anywhere earlier. The selection of young technologist would entirely be based on relevance of the research topic, methodology & techniques used for analysis, output of the research and the quality of the real presentation. The research articles presented in this session will be published in up-coming international peer-reviewed journals of ‘Geographical Analysis’ and ‘Geo-eye’. Rs. 500/= entry fee will be collected from the candidate while accepting application for the “Young Technologist Award 2018”.

Full paper
All the full research papers should be focused on conference sub themes. Along with abstract, the full - length of your original research paper.. Full paper must be in English only. Selected quality original research papers will be published in the UGIT’s International Journals* - "Geographical Analysis" & "Geo-eye". Further details visit the UGIT website (www.ugit.net).

Panel Discusion
Eminent personalities in field of Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction and Sustainable Development through Geospatial Technologies will gather and deliberate on the conference themes as panellists. The proceedings & recommendations given by the panelists will be published in UGIT’S Journals.
